The museum is located in the hamlet village Trowulan Trowulan Trowulan Mojokerto district. Can be achieved using any type of transportation through highway Trowulan.
The museum was founded by Duke Ario Kanjeng Kromojoyo with Ir. Henry Maclaine Pont in 1942 with the aim to accommodate the research kasil archaeological artifacts around Trowulan.

Museum space is divided into two parts:
- Exhibition space, used to exhibit relatively small-sized artifacts. For example: currency, inscriptions, music instruments, peralataan households, and weapons.

History Museum Trowulan
Trowulan Museum was opened in 1926 with the aim to store and display objects of research results Oudheidkundige Vereeneging Majapahit (OVM). OVM is an association founded by the regent of Mojokerto, Duke Kanjeng Aria archaeologist Kramadjaja Adinegara with Dutch Henry Maclaine Pont in 1924.
